K-121 is an acrylic process aid for general purpose. It can be applied to PVC building and construct material such as window profile, siding, fence, pipe, fitting and other injection parts; Further more, it also can be used transparency sheet etc. It can improve fusion behavior and enhance melt strength

K-121 effect on PVC fusion
K-121 could improve greatly the PVC fusion behavior. It will make PVC more fusion uniform, improvement on surface uniformity and product quality. Fig1(1)shows K-121could accelerate PVC fusion.
Improve PVC melt cohesion and uniformity
As show in Fig 1(2) K-121 increase the torque efficiency, therefore improves the cohesion and uniformity of PVC melt; which will generate more compact PVC products.

Safe Handing Recommendations
K-121 should be kept away from flames, hot pipes, heaters or other sources of heat. Adequate precautions should be taken to keep all dust levels below values that are hazardous to health and safety. In case of eye or skin contact, eyes should be flushed with water to remove dust particles and affected skin areas washed with soap and water.
