K-125 is an acrylic processing aid for general purpose. It can be applied to PVC building and construct material such as window profile, siding, fence, pipe, fitting and other injection parts; Further more, it also can be used for some special application such as PVC foam molding, deep bottom container, half-rigid and soft PVC goods. It can improve fusion behavior and enhance melt strength.
K-125 offers the following product benefits：

Fusion promotion:
As shown in Fig.1, K-125 could promote PVC fusion greatly that the fusion time is shorter than that of foreign competitor’s product at the same dosage. The Brabender fusion curve of K-125 is very similar with that of competitor, Formulation: PVC (SG-5) 100phr/Lead salt stabilizer 4.5phr/CaCO3 10phr/TiO2 4hr/Processing aid 1.0phr
Testing condition: Brabender plasticorder, 170℃, 60g sample, 45rpm
